Machine head

Arch guide

The newly designed arch guide is used to direct the steel belt from the belt storage to the machine head. The unique structural design reduces the number of mechanical structural parts used, reduces the failure rate of long-term operation,  thus reduces maintenance costs. Simple and elegant appearance enhances the aesthetic feeling of industrial design of factory equipment.

Control system

The control system is carried by hardware such as PLC, sensor and operating platform. Complete automatic operation of the machine, HMI interface operation, and the linkage and interlock with the main line.
